Biography

Denise Tusiime Mutambi is a procurement and supply chain management professional with over 14 years of strategic leadership experience in donor-funded health programs within Uganda's Private Not-for-Profit (PNFP) sector.

She currently serves as Director of Business Development and Procurement at Joint Medical Store (JMS), where she oversees procurement operations, business development initiatives, and large-scale health commodity projects valued at over USD 36 million.

Denise holds a Master of Science in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from Makerere University and is a Chartered Member of both the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT). Her expertise spans strategic procurement, supplier relationship management, health systems strengthening, financial planning, risk management, and project leadership.
