Her experience spans FMCG, media, development, aquaculture, and textiles, where she has led through periods of transition, restored momentum, and positioned organisations for sustainable growth and long-term relevance. She is recognised for her ability to understand behaviour, read markets, and connect strategy, reputation, and value in ways that are both commercially grounded and socially meaningful.

As a board member, Aggie brings cross-sector governance perspective, ESG insight, strategic clarity, and deep experience in brand and stakeholder stewardship. She is a chartered fellow and holds an MBA. Beyond her professional roles she is a proud mother, wife, and daughter, values that continue to shape her leadership and sense of purpose.
