Dr. Senoga Ismail Mpanga is the Chief Executive Officer of Doctor's Choice Limited and a medical doctor with a background in human medicine and surgery. He leads the company's drive to develop practical nutritional and herbal complementary solutions that respond to public-health needs in Uganda and the wider region.

At Doctor's Choice, he combines scientific leadership with an organizational approach centered on leadership without title, critical thinking, creativity, and problem solving. His work helps connect product innovation, manufacturing ambition, and long-term health impact.

He has also contributed to scientific leadership and program delivery over several years, helping position the business around locally produced, mission-aligned health products that can serve both communities and health systems.
